My father was diagnosed with cancer when I was already a practising anaesthesiologist. I knew the system. I understood the treatments. And I still watched him go through surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, suffering in ways that felt entirely preventable.
The hardest part was not the loss. It was knowing the signs had been there long before anyone looked for them.
That grief never left me. It became a question I could not stop asking.
Why do we wait for disease to appear before we act?
I left conventional medicine to find a better answer. I trained in Longevity and Functional Medicine, completing a Master's in Longevity Medicine from the Geneva College of Longevity Sciences (GCLS), one of the world's leading institutions dedicated exclusively to longevity science. I am a certified Functional and Longevity Medicine physician through the American Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine (A4M), and a certified BHRT trainer through the BHRT Training Academy.
Over the years, I have worked with patients across a wide range of conditions: metabolic dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, gut dysbiosis, chronic fatigue, mitochondrial dysfunction. The pattern was always the same — dysfunction that had been building quietly for years, dismissed as normal.
Standard medicine misses it because it is not looking at the right things at the right time.
BluPrint Longevity Clinic is the practice I built around that understanding: precision diagnostics, root-cause investigation, and protocols designed not to manage what has already gone wrong, but to find what is building before it does.
I have also written a book, 120 Years Was the Plan. What Went Wrong? — The Longevity Science That Answers the Question. This conversation should not stay within clinic walls. The science of why the human body ages faster than it should, and what can genuinely be done about it, belongs to everyone.
